The Devil's Deal:
Resist the temptation of the devil's nightly deal, a seemingly harmless indulgence that will ultimately lead to your downfall. You must eat your meals only in the safety of daylight hours.

The Haunted House of Processed Foods:
Navigate the labyrinthine halls of the haunted house, filled with the empty calories of processed snacks. Avoid all processed chips & snacks. Eat only whole foods or fruit.

Banish the Booze:
As the chill of November sets in, the spirits of the season can be tempting, but beware! Consuming alcohol during this time can lead to haunting health consequences, from weakened immunity to increased stress. Choose to stay sober Avoid all alcohol consumption and keep the ghosts of poor health at bay!

The Spooky Sugar Sprint:
No dessert or candy challenge to dodge the sugary sweets that materialize from the shadows, their sickly sweetness tempting even the strongest of wills.

The Graveyard of Fast Food:
No eating out challenge where the undead fast food chains rise from their graves, their greasy fingers reaching for your soul.

Witch's Brew Ban:
Embrace the haunting calm. You must perform a 24 to 36 hour Fast once a week. For in this time, the thrill of the wait is replaced by the spine-tingling anticipation of what lies ahead.

Ghostly Goals:
A weekly weigh-in with a daily meal structure of 40% Protein, 40% Fat and 20% Carbohydrate goal.

Haunted House Cleanse:
Imagine your body as a haunted house. Your goal is to banish the unhealthy spirits and create a healthy sanctuary. Aim for at least 10,000 steps or 30 minutes of walking each day, plus 50 daily Push-Ups or Sit-Ups.

Zombie Apocalypse Prep:
Soda free challenge to stay strong and healthy to survive the undead onslaught.
